Terms of Service
Last updated: April 19, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to the OpsBlip website, Org portal, and related product features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Service scope
OpsBlip is an operational tracking and monitoring product. It helps teams manage deadlines, domain verification, endpoint monitoring, findings, alerts, timeline history, documentation, and runbook flows. The free tier is the current MVP surface. Features, limits, and packaging may change over time.
Accounts and workspace responsibility
- You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and workspace.
- You must provide accurate information for account creation, organization setup, and domain verification.
- You must protect your password, security code, and recovery materials.
- You must ensure you have the right to monitor the objects and public endpoints you add.
Acceptable use
- Do not store credentials, API keys, tokens, private keys, or other secrets in the service.
- Do not use the platform for unlawful scanning, abuse, spam, or traffic that you are not authorized to initiate.
- Do not bypass product limits, monitoring restrictions, or security controls.
- Do not interfere with service integrity or other tenants' access.
Limits and availability
Free-tier limits, onboarding gates, and feature availability are part of the product contract. The UI may disable actions before the API rejects them, but the backend remains the final enforcement point.
The MVP and free tier are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No service level agreement applies unless we state otherwise in writing.
Your data
You retain ownership of your content. You grant OpsBlip the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content in order to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, a security risk, a legal requirement, non-payment for future paid plans, or a material breach of these Terms.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpsBlip is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from the use of the service. Monitoring outputs and findings are operational aids, not guarantees that every issue will be detected or prevented.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
