See the planned OpsBlip workflow for accountable client-domain records, renewal decisions, client approvals, and handoff evidence.
The continuity record
The planned workflow starts with a client domain and its public evidence. It then records ownership, the renewal decision, a scoped client response, and a versioned handoff. Each state answers a different question; none is inferred from a reminder or a scan alone.
- 01
Public evidence
Observed facts are separate from declarations.
- 02
Accountable owner
The agency records who owns the next action.
- 03
Renewal decision
The decision and its due window are explicit.
- 04
Client acknowledgement
Approval is a recorded response, not an assumption.
- 05
Versioned handoff
A handoff states what was issued and acknowledged.

Deliberate boundary
OpsBlip is not a registrar, secret store, uptime-monitoring replacement, certificate authority, or enterprise CLM. Agencies continue to use those systems for their purpose; OpsBlip is focused on the accountable record that joins continuity work across them.
