Use OpsBlip only for client domains, services, and information you are authorized to manage or review. Public observation is not permission to probe systems beyond the service’s intended boundaries.

• Do not use the service to store secrets or credentials.
• Do not submit misleading ownership, approval, renewal, or handoff information.
• Do not use the service to target, disrupt, or scan systems without authorization.
• Do not bypass access controls, limits, client scopes, or security controls.
• Do not present an invitation, reminder, or automated observation as proof of a client decision.

Final acceptable-use rules will be published with the verified public operator and service terms.
